Agree with your final comment on share issue. Just seems odd that cash looks overdue with no explanation, so that that was my guess as reason for recent share price weakness. Overall I don't see it as a big issue. Plus/minus $5m isn't going to make a diff to ATI. They need amount with an extra zero - and fast.
