Has established a unit buyback scheme with a discount of NTA currently around 50%. But you know what? The bozo’s at Evans Dixon and URF refuse to buy units back. They have a dumb strategy of selling properties to prove that their valuations are rock solid. Well the first property sales since this genius strategy was announced incurred a 5% LOSS (HELLO!) Why not listen to unit holders who are the poor sucker owners and buy back some units at least this will be profitable.
