yes comfortable retirement is what we have worked for. Whenever I question my Dixon advisor he is still and always positive on it, certainly for URFHB and even URFPA. Dare I say he still thinks URF itself should reach NAV once they off load some properties and the management redesign takes effect. Tinkering on the edges I think. I'm pretty comfortable for my URFHB and URFPA inn the hierarchy of payback. I'll sit on my URF a bit longer until the Nov URF meeting.
