A similar argument could have been made in August 2019. You would have thought you were buying well at 80c when the NAV was $1.62. However now the share price is 23c and the NAV is 81c.
I've played many a Benjamin Graham cigar butt investing game and it's a dangerous game especially when management incentives are not aligned with shareholders. NAV finds a way of getting smaller very quickly, so would not load up on this....things can always find a way to get worse!
