some people just look for negative confirmation bias instead of critically evaluating risk vs return.
So far I have made a motsa on this position.
Also acquired 300,000 units of the ordinary URF shares at 23c on the day of the refinance announcement, there was a dark pool seller that was constantly releasing shares so that they wouldn't show as a total seller on the asx.
By the way look at the Case Shiller property index: its showing decent price growth.
As mentioned previously the market completely disregarded an increase in property values, instead focusing on how much property might fall.
2021 could well see an INCREASE in NTA from property price appreciation, with gearing having a positive effect.
