    Interesting your thoughts that they won't buy back. Also another poster mentioning the CEO said that they will stop selling properties once the bridging loan is repaid.

    I haven't previously seen that the CEO said that and had been working on the assumption that they would turn their attention to reducing the prefs on issue by continuing to sell properties. There is a logic in selling further properties at NTA and then buying back the URFPA's at say 70c in the dollar as it is accretive to NTA unless URF falls below at a rough guess18c.
