Urge administrator to examine previous directors

Previous directors had failed to inform the market on change of business environment for direct carrier billing business in Australia. There is potential claim against the company by shareholders who bought shares who were misled by the capital raising at a price of 30 cents.

Any one who have suffered is encouraged to communicate to the administrator or chairman, or me for expressing our intention to make our claim against the company.

We cannot allow the company to be taken away or go under without shareholders' interests being considered.

Shareholders cannot be victims of directors for granted.
