    To investors,
i have been observing this company for a while now and urge all who have vested their time and money to do a proper due diligence on them. Though one would immediately construe this post as a downramp (and thus classify it as pointless), it does come from an individual that invests a lot of time and money in the oil and gas sector (from a global standpoint).

RRS directors and management do seem to be paying themselves and exorbitant amount of money for their work as to date. Though many would argue that they have done a great deal in Puntland with Africa Oil, this was only probably due to their connections with the existing "puntland" government. There are numerous political risks associated with this project and as such, it was prudent to have a hand in selecting Africa Oil.

Africa oil, for many who dont know, is headed by THE MOST FAMOUS FAMILY, in the mining business - that is the Lundin group. I have invested a numerous amount of times with them and have been able to profit immensely from their expertise and deals. If any company is able to make this happen, it would be Lukas Lundin. This is financial behemoth and extremely well known in the mining circles.

As such, this is where another (albeit more lethal risk) has started to surface for RRS. Africa Oil has more leverage and have dealt (via the Lundin Group and its associated companies) quite extensively in all parts of Africa, where it be for Diamonds, Coal, Oil, Gas and Base Metals. RRS will now need to treat even more lightly.

In regards to their other projects, their announcements do not share the standard disclosure patterns of oil and gas plays. As other knowledgeable posters have already pointed out, they have not even released their flow rates or production testing results but have moved to production? This does not make sense.

Their budgets and cashflow in this current economic climate is disastrous compared to many other oil plays. One needs to ask if the management has the shareholders interests at heart?

Investors (if you have a holding), put your emotions aside and ask those questions. It would be more prudent to invest in Africa Oil (for the puntland play and many other billion barrel discoveries) then RRS. This is if you interested in the puntland discovery to fruition.

Note: The above is just my opinion and i leave you to your devices in making investment decisions.
