I just think that people should be eyes open on the potential repercussions of doing this at the moment.

The benefits are negligible and it has the potential for destabilising management.

This is not the time or place to be making these changes and yes RISK is at the heart of it, thats why this company has a beta that is different to CBA because it is inherently more risky in nature.

And that is also why NC is where he is because he is a guy that understands risk and can make decisions in a risky operating environment.

One of the reasons I also do not see this as necessary is that we have some talent on our board and I think that guys like Ziggy are there for a reason...
