Timmo, I think you point is very valid and I tend to agree with you in some respects.
On the one hand the principles of good management have evolved for very good reasons and have been shown to be beneficial many times over - the argument for splittling in a strong one.
On the other hand I would be less inclined to rock tho boat right now. In spite of all the flack NC has had on HC in the last 12 months I feel the company is on track and the current structure is working. Leave it alone.
I would make two recommendations.
One) Sound out NC on this point and I am sure he will have a valuable contribution to make to the debate.
Two) Hold off any such change for this year and seriously debate it and reconsider it at the next AGM 2013.
