I don't know how being realistic is an attitude? Seriously, who is going to replace them? You think you can just can them without consequence? Who is going to step in RIGHT NOW that has the skills available to turn the ship around. Who has the gemstone knowledge and knows their way are Mozambique? WHO!!! You better be quick about it, you want to get rid of them urgently so you need to find someone who ticks all the boxes ASAP. What will a replacement of management mean for the SP?
