Agreed! Everyone makes mistakes and hopefully learn from it. While this mistake could have been reduced if they had held a bit of integrity and informed us a bit more clearly on the quality rather than the quantity of the rubies through the reports. Followed by the overall delivery of the auction... I'm sure having the huge drop in SP will make them rethink their strategy.
