I have never praised the board only I don't blame the board for the situation we are in I blame the economic climate for the position we are in.
I have asked before for anyone to say what was a bad decision at the time it was taken and I also know most have turned out bad.
Maybe you can be the first to come up with one.
Most seem to forget that the board inherited the plant and the dept to Alcoa with no revenue and I think we paid ERM to much as they owed 20% of that dept to Alcoa then we had to pay to fix it but it was deemed fair.
