I do not think you are correct as you are a creditor and your the last creditor to get anything if you were not a creditor you would not get anything and there has to be something left.
Administrator was the only way to go as EGO would not be able to put mortgaged assets up for sale without permission of the mortgagee.
The data room is open to get the best price for the assets and once MIN are satisfied we will get what is left and getting the best price is looking after the SH.
I do not know what Doc is posting as he has me on ignore and it does not matter what he posts it will not make any difference to EGO as he has no influence on the major SH.
You must remember there are 7000 SH and if you say 200 look at Hot Cooper that is all the influence he has and half do not vote so it is an up hill battle all the way.
