    These type of things circulate fairly often from agora or agora linked websites.

    Agroa are just a mass-marketing company, used to be mail order, that picks up on anything that they think will sell, from stock-tips, to gold-as-ultimate-value nonsense, to unusual medical information like the one you posted. They promote it and get a commission from each subscription/sale they confirm.

    As you might be able to guess from the content of the add, they do not aim at those with any critcal thinking skills, more just the aimless and brainless, and those who will believe any nonsense, sometimes the more foolish the better.

    The information they peddle usually has one thing in common:
    - The government is lying to you about something
    - Your salvation lies in this unconvetional knowledge thay they somehow know the secret of.
    -This incredible knowledge will only cost you $199 or some figure like that

    These things are not new. Just recycyled through each new generation of the gullible.
