I plugged in a different, alternative USB cord, looked the same as another cord, when I plugged it into the usb port the screen went blank, and now I cannot get the pc to turn on
I can hear the motor running
if I turn off the monitor and turn it back on, it shows a message, no signal ?
can you help, now
any clues ? or do I need to call in a professional
