Management would be getting so many letters, they would not have time to respond.
The best way is to not email. Send a 1 page letter by Express Post... not email... keep it straight to the point... and try for under 10 lines.
Think of all the phone calls and emails these people are getting.
Good way to end off is... No need to respond, I understand you have a company to run... but please, consider my suggestions.
