URGENT - OPTION EXERCISE and MAIL DELAYS

There seem to be quite drastic delays in the mail. I have not received my Option exercise papers. I know of two others near me who have not either.

As the options are very valuable you do not want to miss out on having the choice to exercise (cash due by 21 November 2020) or to sell (last asx sale date is 16 November 2020).

You can remedy this by using the Automic website to access your personalised forms. Its really easy. Create an account using your email, name and HIN number. Here is a screen shot of the page to go to -




Once you are registered, your account will load up your personalised Option Exercise form and you can print and use.

Pass on this information to other shareholders, especially those who do not use HC or are not "on the ball".
