Having said that, I think you should change your nick to "Don Quixote".

If you do get the requisite 5% though, could I take the finance role.

I promise I would try hard to remember debt repayment dates and would also keep an eye on directors' shareholdings and related margin loans. These chaps are so busy with the stewardship of shareholders funds that they sometimes overlook their personal financial circumstances.

Maybe we could reduce the Board to three (you me and and someone fluent in Canonese or with a South Afrcian background).
