Seems to mostly match info that I have, True North Copper Pty Ltd is a bit of an information black hole as its private, but in my opinion the transaction of WH Soul Pattinson selling the Expo assets of Great Australia to True North might have happened in this FY so not reportable by Round Oak/SOL last year's FY accounts? I don't have time but maybe do a word search for True North Copper and Exco in the merger/transaction docs between AIS and Round Oak/SOL? Might only be mentioned as something like "excluding the xxx tenements which are part of the Round Oak and True North Great Australia project transaction."

Getting back on topic, looks like TBA either have been kept in the dark about the ownership of Great Australia plant and the Exco assets.

Did TBA purchase the Exco portion of the Golden Mile JV or not? Anyway looks like True North Copper is a vehicle for all this Cloncurry area wheeling and dealing going on.
