REGARDING PROSPECTUS INVESTMENT FOR $20m CAPITAL RAISING ANNOUNCED 12/08/2022

Was a prospectus for this prepared? If so, where is it? Surely investors didn't simply hand over funds on a favour or a call?

I have not seen or been able to locate the PROSPECTUS for the first capital raising even though I searched for it extensively, that was provided to potential investors involved in the announced securing of the $20m to fund growth projects dated 12/08/2022.

Accordingly I do not believe it has became an item of public register, it has not appeared in my Google search nor is it present on the Calidus website. Should items of this nature be included as market releases to keep an even playing field?

I believe it may be possible that the PROSPECTUS may have information that was informed to a certain level of investor that was not to others.

If a prospectus was provided to a potential investor who did not proceed, it would provide an advantage and/or disadvantage.

Accordingly, I believe it is valid to call for making public the PROSPECTUS that was prepared and disclosed to the parties, in order to verify what data was provided to these investors (or potential investors), and whether any information was new that had not been provided to the rest of the non participating or invited market as part of the initial 20m capital raising in August 2022.

Am I able to make the request to ASX? Or do you have a copy? Do you have a copy of the PROSPECTUS GIVEN TO POSSIBLE PARTIES INVOLVED JUST PRIOR TO 12/08/2022. It may be possible that the failure of the company to make the PROSPECTUS available for review by each and every potential and historic shareholder, caused parties involved in the private capital raising to have access to information that may not have been provided to the public and for the entire market to be deceived if the information contained within provided even the slightest variation to what was otherwise known.

It would be handy if an affected client was a lawyer and they had time to assist in preparation of items, that would be an absolute godsend.
