    URI rocketed up 81% to $1.34 USD on nearly 500,000 shares on friday night. Crazy buy in... Perhaps someone is coming after URI?

    AEK shareholders are set to receive 0.06579 of URI per share of AEK. With the URRE at $1.34 and the AUD/USD 0.72 let's do the math...

    0.06579 * 1.34 /0.72 = Implied share price of 12.2 cents. Not a bad return for 3 months.

    I'm buying more AEK and will be voting for the merger.
