re: shares oustanding for webjet just so that i'm not mistaken, if they have some 74m options oustanding in 2005 which can be exerciseable (had a look at the docu.. thakns guys),
doesn't this mean that potentially at current ordinary shares of 241m, this could substantially increase if directors exercise this parcel of 74m options into shares...
and what requirement is there for directors to announce they will be exercising. do they give notice or they just do it at will...
