Tic i attended the AGM and was the only objector to a motion to hand out options to one of the directors. They obviously hand out options like fairy bread at a kids party. Rather than pay him what he was worth they justified giving him a bundle of options. I think options destroy shareholder value and they have no risk to the grantee only potential upside. If they do their job right then the value will happen, are we suggesting they work harder because they are given options? Warren Buffett is totally opposed to the concept. Having said that i see that they have a business model of the future. The old days of going to the travel agent at the shop is dying. This is a growth stock of the future that is currently on unrealistic PE ratios but will likely hold them and increase on good news
