URRE tonight .85c down 38% from date of merger Ann Merger Equivalent to AEK holders 7.4c
THIS MERGER is a crazy idea with further dilution as a URRE holder going forward just exactly where do you guys think we will sit it will be a total train wreck
Paul its about time you pulled the pin on this deal are you really going to do this to your shareholders
If you are to push ahead with this deal Paul one has got to start asking what is YOUR ulterior motive for this merger because i am sure it is not for the benefit of the 75% of the holders that make up the rest of this company
Such a shame to ruin these Turkish ASSETS that AEK have
If URRE have a redundant plant raise the cash elsewhere and buy the plant on the cheap its obviously no good to URRE as it sits
Take the plant and leave the grossly overexposed baggage behind.
