and another 2.5% today, whilst not ideal as a merger what chance do AEK have going it alone, a bigger group especially one that has the capability to get to production quicker must be the way forward, how many companies go bust whilst sitting on assets and drawing fees as directors and not actively progressing production, usually waiting for the ideal partner, better market sentiment, ect.
At today's price the merger is worth 0.088c a 25% premium to its current listed price
