Sovereignty Seal is being used as the instrument for German, Italy, France sovereign wealth funds - about 1B EURO each, thus far. So this looks like all smoke and mirrors until end of the year.
German has 60B EURO tied up in a Court Case:

The question I guess is can ETM apply for the "strategic project" status on Kvanefjeld whilst undergoing arbitration proceedings...
I have not seen much activity from Denmark apart from the $3M CAD they put into Greenland Resources Inc back in July 2023.
(I think they are the favourite for any award by Ursula, seemed to be first off the bat with ERMA Alliance in their promotional activities - perhaps a blueprint).
EU Fund Managers appear to be holding back, though they have indicated they will be deploying in 2024. (the context of this was surrounding uranium companies as transitional status - but generally there have been no substantial investments in any critical metals companies).
