i am interested in this share, but i am unsure of the best time to jump in. i am probably about 2 weeks away. but the following bits of info is stopping me from jumping in right now; - moments ago i was just listening to euro news and it said places like france will continue lockdown or increase restrictions come its early December review date. which i am guessing will mean Westfields will be closed - it was great news the capital raising for 3billion + was rejected but reports say that with money stretched thin URW will need to raise capital soon but more closer to 1billion, which will still mean dilution. - covid cases in U.S and Euro are out of control, and I suspect that a lockdown of some sorts will eventually happen in the u.s. i know the vaccine is right around the corner, some manufacturers even send December rollout date, this does not sound realistic and feels more like self promotion than anything, first quarter next year seems more feasible.
anyone care to share thoughts or correct me on anything i have posted here?
