US $19.9 Million

Page 1 of the FY 2016 Preliminary Final report (Aug 31st 2016) states:

The Company has 22 customers, representing US$19.9 million, in the final testing stage (pre-scale up of production and sales orders). In this phase of the pipeline, testing and verification of chemistry has been completed, marking the final phase before recurring revenue generation.


I sought clarificaton as to the meaning of this and recieved the flowing response:

In response to your inquiry, the statement about our 22 customers in scale-up and implementation does represent potential revenue from sales if they move to full large scale production.


Notablythe 22 customers / $19.9 Million was stated under the Heading: FY 2016 Achievements.  This gives them 6 months in the calendar year to convert the customers to large scale production.  By my estimates, this will put them on a year end (CY2016) run rate of  around USD $30 Million, which is at the upper end of my estimates.
