The 22 customers mentioned are in final scale-up and implementation, the question is how many customers are there in full production mode? This info is still ambiguous to me. If we make some gross assumptions like these customers going to full production in the final quarter and that the 19.5 mil is annual revenue, then conceivably they represent 5 mil for this CY of revenue. Add the 3 odd mil from the first half, that leaves around 11 mil revenue from currently committed customers to make the CY forecast. Its a stretch, but stranger things h0ave happened.
