yes, the figures are excellent and in the light of this, the report seems very understated, with an absence of hype and spin, and with no references to financing and construction. Indeed, a decision to proceed is not recorded and I suppose we have to await this and its timetable.
A full rerating may be a little way off but the market will certainly be watching.
