Congratulations to AZZ shareholders and cudos to James and his team for getting a good deal across the line.

I have met James a couple of times and he has impressed me as a considered corporate player with big plans for AZZ. I look forward to the upcoming announcements re: new projects and results from further fraccing on its remaining ground.

The idea of implementing a SBB is a good one. Antares was subject to a controlled shorting campaign before being suspended. The SBB will force the shorters to quickly cover their short positions prior to the buy back being implemented so that they are not caught short (excuse the pun).

Anyway, the fog has now been lifted and it would that there are going to be some sunny days ahead.
