    heralds quarterly rpt sounds ok! with some big developments at dairi, meluak and coolgardie. and im not much of a chartist but HER looks to be breaking out of an inverse head (april 03) and shoulders (december 02 / june 03). whats the verdict from either side of the spectrum?
