Option is far better value. If we were knocked out then Ansteel would need to find the shortfall. If we are still in they can dilute ownership of gbg through equity raisings that they would need to cop out anyway and then buy remainder at a later date for a small price.

Hence my argument that it would be better to let them take us over now for a good price rather than later for a bad price. Ain't no chance of this reaching a dollar
