The concern is the following statement:
"The arrangement is to cover KML’s re-estimated working capital requirements through to the end of the year..."
This only covers the next 3 months and not open ended for the 12 months as previously agreed and disclosed. It appears that the goal posts continue to be moved by Ansteel.
