    FURTHER US$2M RECEIVED FROM SALE OF CUIABA GOLD PROJECT

    The Company is pleased to announce that its Brazilian subsidiary, Trans Pacific Gold

    Mineracao Limitada has received a further instalment of US$2 million from the progressive sale of the Cuiaba Gold Project located in the state of Mato Grosso in Brazil.


    The sale of the Cuiaba Gold Project has enabled Ashburton to undertake exploration over its Australian properties without the need for further equity dilution.
