with a price like the above many "offshore producers" will be nervous.
when it's all said and done it's like trying to squeeze blood from a stone.
big part of the costs comes from "floating production vessel", it's there 24/7 with a good number of crew members.
I wouldn't be surprise if they are just keeping their head above water.
bad situation with a company that's just borrowed mega bucks.
