    More details about the US acquisition announced in today's bi-weekly report. The deal is in final due diligence and negotiation which I reckon means it could be wrapped up by the end of the month. Funded with current cash on hand at this stage.

    I thought that this would warrant a separate release and not as the last item of a regular report. No movement in the share price this morning. I was counting on a bit more of a reaction.
