you are entitled to make suppositions based on your gut feeling as clearly yours is (there being no other evidence), but you should admit that is all it is and not accuse others of having their heads in the sand if they do not agree with the feeling in your guts.

The whole western world is seen as the enemy by fundamental Islam, the US only gets attacked the most because they see it as the leader of the western world.
