Saddam was supposed to disarm as part of the agreement after the gulf war 1. 12 years later hes still playing silly buggers. So waht happens, the inspectors dont find what hes hidden, they lift sanctions , UN goes away. 2 years down the track, he pops up again and says "hey guys look what i got, bios AND nukes!!"
I think i might take over Saudi again , or maybe threaten Isreal or Turkey with a nuke, might even hand a few around to my more unsavoury friends to cuae a bit of mayhem, you wont be able to pin it on me"
