    Nambucca, the pipeline was a "pre thought".
    You know the Taliban were negotiating with Unacol to build the pipeline.
    However, All bets were off and the oil comps left after the US plonked a few missiles on the Taliban for extra curricular terrorist activites.

    Ignoring the truth doesnt make it fact.
