    By and large I agree with you. But getting a JV with Hazer would be too radical for the USA and I am not sure USA is ready to stomach new technology/processes, even though it is more efficient, economical, etc. Having a tried and tested technology from Europe (Italy) may just be the trick to open a few BOT doors in this space. Am I being too hopeful?
