All it means is that it will be a major turning data, personally I am expecting a very sharp fall next week if not early the week after, then a flatish market until may then just get cruched hard into June, and the rest of the cycles on there do play out closely to turning dates that I was looking at.
Becuase its a major high does not mean it will be a major turning point, just keep in mind the dates and watch the market to see if anything developes.
