Id love to hear some opinions on which way Centro would go once this trillion dollar US bail out happens.
GR came out last week and said the problems in the US have helped centro as the US lends could afford to take such a big loss as they realised they won't be able to sell the centres.
However on the flip side if this bail out frees up credit markets can centro then look forward to long term extentions?
Any Ideas ?
