In reply to your post above, in which you paste articles about InterVenn and Simplipro Colon, please note the following -

InterVenn does not intend their colorectal cancer assay test for mass market screening, but rather they are focussing on high-risk patients. They are avoiding direct competition with market leader Cologuard (DNA based test = expensive, possibly 8 times the price of Colostat) by attempting to produce a test to detect advanced adenomas at an acceptable sensitivity and specificity level. They are in the early stages of development with pilot clinical trial results due next year.

Simplipro Colon has been around for a long time, however, they could not establish market traction because its sensitivity and specificity were no higher than the FIT test (poo test).Therefore, an accurate assumption is that Rhythm's Colostat test outperforms both the above tests. We can deduce that it is 30% more accurate than Simplipro Colon and is vastly more advanced in terms of clinical trials than InterVenn, who is hoping for 60% sensitivity/specificity for advanced adenomas but is yet to achieve, let alone prove this. Add to this that Colostat is intended for mass market screening and has also reported the capability to detect advanced adenomas and I think Rhythm Biosciences might just have the magic combo - low cost, accuracurate, mass screening suitability, already proven in clinical trials...
