Let's get one thing straight, I don't dream and/or talk s**t! I don't believe a story that is too good to be true until I do my due diligence.
Once a director/chairman sells a whole heap of shares it should sound alarm bells. Why doesn't someone work out how much that parcel of 5 million shares cost him and what he realised from the sale. Go on, someone do the calculations to confirm my own. He speaks crap about his superfund being overweight. if he really believed in RHY and it was all a no brainer he could have transferred all those shares into his Family Trust.
The value of those shares to him is nothing compared to his wealth.

Most of the directors have shares as part of the float and/or exercising options at very low prices. Someone was saying they have confidence because the directors have shares. Most directors of companies have shares in their company. DYOR. If not I will try and help you out from time to time.
