Bill: Doc, it’s just too expensive. I’ve heard that Govt is not subsidising and I’m not spending $100. I need that for food, petrol etc. Times are tough right now. I barely survived on Centrelink before and you want me to pay $100 while i live in darkness because of elec and gas prices? You are joking. I’ll keep going with what I have been doing for 7 years thanks very much. if it’s not broke why change it.
