    When in doubt, follow the money!

    Afterthought: My vitriol is mainly directed at S&P. Fitch and Moody’s are stuck with the same conflicted position, but seem to make an attempt at going a good job. S&Ps work on the US Treasuries in July was just plain shoddy.
