Yes for Lake & Every other Critical Mineral miner & processor, once you have produced your final battery grade mineral that is it, the other 95% of the Inflation Reduction Act does not apply to you.
You are not a cell manufacturer, you are not a component manufacturer, you are not an EV maker. You are a critical mineral miner & processor (That is where the game stops for you).
If your battery grade mineral is mined & processed in Argentina, that is game over, it wont qualify under the Inflation Reduction Act
Livent on the other hand have processing facilities in the US, you have no plans to follow livents lead as 100% of your chloride processing is planned in Argentina..... 100%
