you are highly opinionated and emotive but your interpretation of facets and events is just your interpretation and opinion.
You have every right to express your ,opinion but we do not have to agree with it.
Since the mou with WMC is non -binding, it works both ways, they can walk away but LKE can also go with some other investors / partners if when a better offer eventuates.
In business you need to have win-win deals to be successful.
